THE MUSICIANS:
This is oil on canvas painting. This masterpiece was executed by Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio.  “The musicians” are assumed to be his first painting done expressly for the cardinals. This painting depicts four boys in a semi-classical costume, where three boys are singing or playing various musical instruments and the fourth reaching a bunch of grapes who resemble to be a cupid. The painting is currently in poor condition. It is also said that the artist faced difficulties drawing the four figures separately
