Nikolai Ge
Nikolai Ge (1831 – 1894) was a Russian painter.
From 1850 to 1856, Ge was a student at the Academy of Arts in Saint
Petersburg. He spent the time from 1857 to 1869 in Italy on a scholarship
from the Academy.
